These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lunchbox Buddy website and your relationship with Lunchbox Buddy (trading as Lunchbox Buddy). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.

• Gaining unauthorised access to other computer systems.

3. Ordering Process and WhatsApp Checkout

• Our website allows you to build or select your desired snack box.
• The checkout process currently directs you to WhatsApp to finalise your order.
• An order submitted via WhatsApp constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not considered accepted or confirmed until Lunchbox Buddy replies with a formal confirmation and payment details.

4. Product Descriptions and Price Accuracy

We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

The content of the Lunchbox Buddy website (including images, logos, and text) is protected by copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the website without written permission from Lunchbox Buddy.

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Lunchbox Buddy will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the website or our products.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
