1. Not an Allergen-Free Facility

Lunchbox Buddy operates a packing facility where products containing various allergens (including but not limited to peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, and gluten) are handled. We are not an allergen-free facility.

2. Third-Party Manufacturers

The snacks included in our boxes are sourced from various third-party manufacturers. While we curate the boxes, we do not manufacture the food ourselves.

3. Parental Responsibility to Check Labels

It is the absolute responsibility of the parent or guardian to carefully read the ingredient and allergen labels on every individual snack packet before giving it to a child. Manufacturers may change their recipes, ingredients, or facility practices without warning. Lunchbox Buddy cannot guarantee that any specific item is free from traces of allergens.

4. Preferences, Not Guarantees

If you specify a dietary preference (e.g., ‘no nuts’ or ‘dairy-free’) during ordering, we will make a reasonable effort to substitute items where possible. However, this is a preference accommodation, not a medical guarantee. Due to the risk of cross-contamination at the manufacturer level or in our packing facility, we cannot guarantee any box is 100% free of specific allergens.

5. No Medical Claims

Nothing provided by Lunchbox Buddy (whether on the website, social media, or in our boxes) should be construed as medical, nutritional, or health advice.

6. Storage Recommendations

Certain snacks may be sensitive to heat (e.g., chocolates or yoghurt drops). Please store your Lunchbox Buddy box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain the quality of the snacks.
